What to check before you calculate

You become entitled after a full year of work with the same employer.

The recuperation days for your seniority and the day value for the recuperation year are set by extension order — check them on the Ministry of Labor site (gov.il, «recuperation pay»).

Part-time: by job percentage; the calculator works out an incomplete year as months ÷ 12 — check the rule on the site.

If the day value was raised after you were paid, you are owed the difference for each day.

Please pay this amount with my next salary and show it as a separate line on my payslip.

If a collective agreement or my contract gives different terms, I would be glad to discuss them.
