Rules
Each week worked earns 1/52 of the annual leave; with fewer than 4 weeks worked there is no entitlement (section 213).
Sickness, quarantine and parental leave count as work only up to 20 weeks and only if you worked at least 12 weeks otherwise (section 216).
Leave is rounded up to whole hours (section 216(5)). For DPP and DPČ, 20 hours a week are used (section 77(8)).
Untaken leave is paid out only when employment ends (section 222(2)).
