4. My requests
Register this claim, including under the Sasria cover, and give me a claim number.
Appoint an assessor as soon as possible and let me know the date of the inspection. The premises will be kept as they are until then, except for urgent safety and security measures.
Consider a payment on account as soon as the claim is accepted, because the business cannot trade until the premises are repaired and stock replaced.
Confirm in writing the cover, limits and excesses that apply to this loss, and the list of documents you need.
Confirm receipt of this notice and the date on which you received it.
Attachments
Copy of the police statement and CAS number.
Dated photographs and videos of the damage ([NUMBER] files).
Inventory of stolen and damaged stock and equipment, with invoices or stock records.
Quotations or invoices for repairs and emergency measures.
Loss of turnover calculation (same period last year).
CIPC certificate or proof of the business; lease; bank confirmation letter.
I remain available for the assessor's inspection and for any further documents.
Yours faithfully
